Profile and Objective
In our new Digital Business Models Lab we develop an evaluate innovative ideas and technologies for multi-channel marketing.
The service portfolio of the Digital Business Models Lab is aimed at companies, students, and the academic community in the fields of dialogue marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation. New technologies and concepts are tested for practical application, and concrete recommendations are developed for their implementation in a corporate environment.
In the context of our research and development activities, a working group will be established during the course of 2026 and 2027. It will consist of representatives from academia and industry and will facilitate constructive knowledge transfer and exchange of experience through events and training programs.
