Promotion sowie Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft und Theologie in Deutschland (Universitäten Würzburg und Hannover) und Großbritannien (Northumbria University sowie University of St. Andrews).

Professor für Allg. und Internationale Betriebswirtschaft und Leiter des Institute for Trade and Innovation (IfTI) an der Hochschule Offenburg.
